I’m a Senior UX/UI Designer and Front-end Developer with 15+ years’ experience delivering user-centred digital experiences across health, travel, retail, entertainment, automotive, and eCommerce.
I’ve led UX and UI across brands including Nuffield Health, The Travel Corporation (TTC), Monopoly Events, Howdens Joinery, Iglu Cruise, Robert Dyas (Theo Paphitis Retail Group), Domestic & General, SKY, Nissan, Celgene, and Raindance.
I work across the full design lifecycle from research, insight generation, and user journey mapping, through wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and usability testing, to handover and front-end implementation. I’ve delivered responsive websites, digital products, and apps across mobile, tablet, and desktop, supporting both B2C and B2B audiences.
I’m highly experienced in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), using analytics, behavioural insights, and A/B testing to inform design decisions, validate hypotheses, and drive measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, and revenue.
